1. Acceptance of the privacy policy

Your use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the then current Privacy and Cookie Policy, to include any amendments thereto. Please read this policy carefully to ensure that you understand our views and practices regarding the capture, retention, processing and transfer (where applicable) of your information. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by the Privacy and Cookie Policy, please discontinue your use of the Services.   

2. The collector and protector

The brands on this website (the "Website") are owned by IGS Services Ltd (the "Brand Owner"). The Website is operated by IGS Services (Isle of Man) Limited ("Company", “we” or “us”), which is registered under the laws of the Isle of Man to provide such services.   When you use the Company's services, you shall be asked to provide personal identifiable information ("PII") to the Company.   The Company is committed to respecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws and we have therefore provided this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard your PII for the purpose of offering you online gaming services. If you do not understand the Privacy Policy or how we handle or use the PII which you provide to us then you are invited to send in your questions to affiliates@infinitygamingsolutions.com and we will do our best to answer your questions in full as quickly as possible. 

3. Changes to the privacy and cookie policy

We reserve the right to amend the Privacy and Cookie Policy at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately on posting notification of such changes on the Website. The date on which the then current Privacy and Cookie Policy came into force will be as stated at the top of this Privacy and Cookie Policy. Please check this Privacy and Cookie Policy frequently for updates. 

4. Information we may collect about you 

We collect information about you during the account registration process for any of our Services. This information may include, but is not limited to your name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, credit/debit card details and any other mandatory details as might be requested from you for the purpose of registration and/or continued use of our Services. We may also receive anonymous data from third parties which, when combined with other data which we hold, is capable of identifying you. Once this combined data becomes capable of identifying you, it will be processed by us in the same way as other personal data for the purpose of this Privacy Policy. We may also collect and process the following data about you during the course of your use of our  Services:     

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Websites. This includes Information provided at the time of registering to use our Websites, subscribing to any of our services, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for Information when you enter a competition or promotion, make a Customer Support inquiry or complaint or when you report a problem with our Websites;
  • records of correspondence, if you contact us;
  • your responses to any surveys we conduct for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to such surveys;
  • details of your visits to our Websites including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise, and the web pages and resources that you access; and
  • information and communication on forums on the Websites, for example, chat rooms and message boards (where applicable).

You acknowledge that the information provided by you may amount to personal or sensitive data under the Data Protection Act 1998 and you give your consent to your data being processed as set out in this policy. 

5. Use of your information

5.1 We may collect and process Information within the IGS Services Group and share the information with our third party data processors who process your information on our behalf, including for the purposes of:   Setting up, re-activating, operating and managing your IGS Partners account, including providing the services that you request from us; · Building up personal profiles of our customers; · Providing you with information about promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive information about promotional offers and future events organised by us, please make sure that you click on the appropriate "opt out option" box on the account registration form. All our marketing and promotional activities will be in compliance with relevant law, including the Communications (Personal Data & Privacy) Regulations 2006 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003; · Verifying the accuracy of the Information collected from you, including disclosing your Information to third parties (such as financial institutions, credit reporting agencies and age verification agencies) in connection with such verification; · Preventing fraud, cheating and money laundering, ensuring compliance with our Terms of Use, reducing credit risk and protecting sports/games integrity, which may require us to disclose your Information and betting and gaming history to third parties such as the relevant regulator, gaming bodies, sporting bodies, financial institutions, agencies responsible for verifying age, the police and credit reporting agencies; · Complying with our legal and regulatory duties and responsibilities to the relevant licensing and regulatory authorities as well as all duties and responsibilities owed under any other applicable legislation and to any other applicable regulators in other jurisdictions; · Enforcing or applying our Terms of Use (Please refer to our Website Terms and Conditions article.) and other agreements, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of IGS Partners, our customers, or others; · Processing card and on-line payments in connection with our services (including our Affiliate Program); · Conducting data cleansing, verification and enhancement exercises, (for example, verifying your Information against third party databases relating to 'movers', 'goneaways' and recent deaths);   any other purpose which is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations to you; and undertaking research, conducting surveys, research analyses and obtaining feedback from customers.   

5.2 Using the internet to collect and process Information necessarily involves the transmission of Information on an international basis. Some third party processors we engage to process Information on our behalf may be based outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Therefore, by browsing our Websites and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to the transmission and processing of your Information outside the EEA in this way. Countries outside the EEA do not always have strong data protection laws. However, we will always take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Information is used by third party processors securely and in accordance with this policy.

5.3 Except where we engage third parties to process your Information on our behalf for the purposes listed in paragraph 5.1 above, we will not disclose or sell your Information outside the IGS Services, except in connection with a joint venture or the proposed or actual sale of the whole or part of IGS Services' business. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the Information you provide to us without your consent.   You acknowledge and consent to the recording and retention of such information for these purposes and that you have agreed to our submission of your data to third party providers (“Recipients”) by confirming this data privacy statement. Recipients are those companies who render services to the Company (e.g. payment providers, gambling suppliers). We also reserve the right to transfer your data abroad if these third party providers are resident there. When choosing our partners, we pay close attention to using only third party providers with a similar safety structure as that of the Company. The personal data recorded by us on our users are stored for 7 years by the Company. We warrant that your PII will not be saved any longer than the statutory provisions specify.   Any processing performed by any Recipients will, where required by law, be governed by a data processing agreement in the form required by law, preserving any and all of your statutory data protection rights and obligating the Recipients to respect the PII and handle it in accordance with the relevant laws. We ensure that your information will not be disclosed to government institutions or authorities except if required by law and regulations. 

6. Marketing notifications

The Company grants you the option to withdraw from the receipt of campaign notifications. You can use the option of unsubscribing from the subscription to newsletters.   We use a third−party advertising technology to serve advertisements when you visit the Website. This technology uses information about your visits to the Website (not including your name, address, or other personal information), to serve our advertisements to you. In the course of delivering our advertisements to you, a unique third−party 'cookie' may be placed or recognized on your browser. We also transmit Website usage information about visitors to the Website to the servers of a reputable third party for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements on the Website and other sites. To do this, we use 'Web beacons' and 'cookies' provided by our third−party advertisement server on the Website. The information that is collected and logged on our behalf through this technology is not personally identifiable. If you do not want your non−personal information used to target advertisements to you, please visit www.networkadvertising.org and follow the "opt−out" instructions. 

7. Security

If legal procedures are pending against us or our third party providers, we may be obliged to disclose certain data. The same applies to the protection of the Companies rights, protection of our property and protection of your personal safety. If the Company finds fraudulent conduct in a gambler, we shall have the right to publish these personal data and pass them on to third party providers. The security of your personal data is a very important matter to us. Therefore, your data will be stored encrypted in our computing center. Furthermore, the entire communication between you, us and our business partner will take place via an 256bit SHA#2 SSL encryption. We use special certificates for this to protect you and us from abuse or unauthorized access. We have further implemented suitable security policies, rules and technical measures to protect and safeguard all the PII under our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss. All our employees and data processors that have access to, and are associated with the processing of your PII, are obliged to respect your privacy. 

8. Cookies

We may send you a permanent cookie when you register with us. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can help us to recognize you when you next visit the Website, note the advertisements you click on and the other sites you enter via a link from the Website. This allows us to tailor the service we provide to your preferences. We may also use the data generated from cookies to compile statistical data on your use of the Website.    

9. Retention and disposal

It is our policy to retain and make available financial information for a period of 7 years. Other Information will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in paragraph 5.1 unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the privacy of Information is maintained on disposal. 

10. Changes to our policy

We may modify this policy from time to time. Any changes to our policy will become effective upon posting of the revised policy on the Websites.
